There are drain pipes being repaired in the garage, as well as light sensors being installed. 11.20.25Â
Elevator #3 needs a new part that the vendor is not able to find. They will continue to search, but Elevator 3 will be down till that time. It will be the first elevator to be done in the modernization project starting in January. 11.20.25Â
